We are looking to hire an administrator for our Engines and Engine Parts division. The ideal person is eager to learn and able to work in a fast paced, but very rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
• Must be detail oriented to provide administrative support to the engines and parts requirements

We are seeking an individual with experience in any of the following engines / engine parts:

Job Description
• Review engines log books and prepare engine disc profiles
• Evaluate Engines and engine parts for purchase
• Evaluate Engines for teardown
• Manage all Engine leasing
• Engine parts sales to customers worldwide
• Travel when needed
Experience
• Sales and/or purchasing experience in one or more of the specific Engine
• Understanding of the Regional airline market

Sales Associate
Job Description
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up,
and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information,
or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Executive Assistant
Job Description:
• Promptly receive and screen incoming telephone calls to Management, providing friendly
and professional greeting, taking messages as appropriate, and eliciting necessary information
to allow timely and accurate responses. Respond where appropriate.
• Remain aware and update Management schedules.
• Promptly screen and distribute incoming email, responding where appropriate.
• Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing a variety
of documents. This includes many highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts
and proposals.
• Assist with organize meetings and/or special events including annual Christmas parties, Meetings, etc. Arrange for catering, locations and distribution of information with respect
to the event and any gifts or handouts for the event.
• Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid
retrieval of information.
• Special organizational and research projects as directed.
• Arrange travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare itinerary, both corporate and
personal for the Management.
• Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or AAS in business or business management (Preferred) with a minimum of
7+ years administrative assistant experience providing direct support to senior level executives
• Candidate must be very organized and able to prioritize tasks with the ability to perform
secretarial and clerical duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant
supervision. Candidate must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working
relationships with clients, co-workers and the general public. Maturity and sound judgment are
essential for this position. Recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information
a must. This position will be required to work overtime as needed.
Receiving Associate
Job Description:
• Inspect, verify and accurately receive incoming maintenance, repairs, and supply products.
• Inspect items for damage, verify count, paperwork, and verify part number against PO.
• Enter all inventory parts in company system.
• Maintain complete and accurate log of daily deliveries with tracking number, PO, and other
pertinent information.
• Review PO and receive items into correct warehouse along with part number, trace, batch
number, times and cycles, shelf life information along with any other pertinent information.
• Send all daily receiving items to Quality Assurance for inspection.
• Copy all product documentation. Scan and categorize documents. Manually file when scan
not possible.
• Notify customer/buyer item has been received using company system/procedure.
Communicate with buyers regarding discrepancies.
• COD checks – Forward appropriate paperwork to accounting and other departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
Experience:
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
• Knowledge/training of Quantum Component Control software a plus.
• Highly accurate work habits, along with attention to detail.
• Must be self starter with good interpersonal skills.
Personal Assistant to the Vice President of Operations
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily communications including maintenance of calendar and appointments
for the Vice President.
• Serving as administrative liaison for all positions reporting to the Vice President of Operations.
Providing administrative support, which includes organization and daily maintenance of office,
communication system, filing, correspondence, copying, etc.
• Acting as the designated company liaison / point person for all company approved
travel arrangements.
• Ensuring accurate maintenance of all current files and contract documents.
• Assisting the Vice President in planning and implementing projects towards achieving goals
and missions of the company.
