Sales Account Executive

We are currently seeking Sales Account Executives to join our Team! The Sales Account Executive reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales.


The primary responsibility for this position is answering ILS / PARTSBASE calls, emails and provide customer quotes at the best market value. This position is responsible for maintaining up to date and current product costs to aid in providing accurate quotes to customers and potential customers. Those in this position are required to follow up and maintain knowledge of paperwork, trace, and certifications of parts.

The Sales Account Executive will have the following Key Responsibilities: 


  • Correspondence with customers via email or phone for requests and/or feedback as well as maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Enter vendor quotes into the system to ensure an accurate FMV

  • Manage customer communications through phone, faxes, e-mails, ILS quotes, and PartsBase quotes for requests for price, availability, and lead time for the sale of parts and repairs

  • Respond to RFQ’s

  • Utilize company business system (Quantum Control) and portal data to identify and document customer needs and maintain continuous communication regarding open part orders, SPECS, and part availability

  • Provide accurate quotes to customers, acquiring them as needed

  • Gathering information regarding airline fleets and possible changes to the fleets

  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients

  • Identify sales prospects and contact these, and other accounts as assigned

  • Research and acquire potential customers

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders until the order is fulfilled




  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Experience in aviation

  • Preferred Knowledge of Quantum a plus

  • Bilingual a plus
